How long does it take to receive my order?
All of our products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–4 business days, and shipping times vary by location:
- USA (USPS): 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–30 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start working on your order soon after it's placed, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible at support@giftifyprints.store.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll gladly offer a full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Just email us at support@giftifyprints.store with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
