2. Do you offer personalized or custom message cards?
Not at the moment. All our message cards come with carefully crafted premade messages.
(If we offer custom designs in the future, you’ll see them added to our store!)
5. How long does shipping take?
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Shipping Time (USA): 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by country)
6. Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.
7. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us right away.
We will replace it for you at no extra cost.
Photos of the damaged item may be required for quick processing.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
We start working on your order soon after it's placed, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible at support@giftifyprints.store.
9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for defective or damaged items.
Since each product is made on demand, we do not accept returns for “change of mind.”
